1) Agreement and acceptance

By accessing learnaihub.top, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or any blog content or live AI workshop information.

2) Educational use; results vary

Any training provided through the site (including blog posts and live AI workshop information) is for educational purposes only. Results depend on your circumstances, effort, and the tools you choose to use. We do not guarantee outcomes, performance, or business results.

Any references to AI capabilities are general and educational. We do not represent that any particular model or tool will achieve specific results for every user or use case.

3) User responsibilities and prohibited conduct

• You must use the site lawfully and only for its intended purposes.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass security, or scrape content in a manner that harms the service.
• You must not misuse workshop information or reproduce it in a way that violates intellectual property or applicable law.

4) Pricing and claims

If we offer courses or related paid materials, pricing and any stated outcomes or AI capability/performance claims must be truthful and not misleading, and are subject to substantiation requirements under the Competition Act. Availability, schedules, and content may change.

5) Privacy and consent

If we collect, use, or disclose personal information (for example, for course signups, workshop registrations, or analytics tied to identifiers), we will provide transparency and use appropriate consent as required under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

If we send commercial electronic messages to Canadians (e.g., marketing emails), we comply with requirements under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), including consent, identifying information, and a working unsubscribe mechanism.

6) Security and breach reporting

If there is a breach involving personal information under our control and it creates a real risk of significant harm, we will report it to the Commissioner as required by 10.1.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, learnaihub.top and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on workshop or blog information.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
